Iron Chef Cooking Demonstration

Iron Chef = Competition! Come join us for a very fun and slightly competitive event. If you love barbeque or love beer, or love them both, join us for an hour or so of learning, creating, and tasting the best of Texas barbeque. We will as be pairing the barbeque options with the local beers, all wrapped around a team competition format!

Teams will be selected to create the best BBQ rubs, with a heaping of help from Chef staff of the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort. At the completion of the rub creation and BBQ, judges will determine the winning team.

This promises to be a fun and enjoyable event, with the winning team receiving a very special prize for each winning team member!
